My realtor told me that I needed to buy a new home NOW a couple of months ago because the prices are already heading back up and if I don't act now I will miss out on the biggest boom in history? So lump everyone into Breckenridge realtor one bucket? Not all agents are liars, what do you do for a living? Everything will work out fine after about 10 years. The smart people will see this as an opportunity and the dumb people will be renting apartments again....if they can even pass the credit check! Survival of the fittest. Next time, buy a house you can't afford. Owning a home is not a right, it is a responsibility.! |
